Hey All !!!
Check out this Mutton Liver Chukka / Sukka recipe. Its a very easy and simple recipe, takes less than 25mins for the whole preparation. This recipe is bombarded with just the right amount of Spicy , Tangy and Delicious flavours..So if you are bored of the usual gravy type preparation, this is just the apt recipe. Give it a try, i am sure you would love it.

Ingredients :
For Marination :
Mutton Liver - 250 gms
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilly Powder - 1/2 - 1 tsp (depending on the Spice level needed )
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2tbsp for frying

For Curry Prep :
Oil - 1tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilly - 2
Dry Red Chilly - 2
Curry leaves - Few
Onion - 2 Small (thinly Sliced )
Tomato - 1 small (Thinly Sliced)
GingerGarlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Chilly Powder - 1 tsp (depending on the Spice level needed )
Cumin Powder - 1/2 - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Lemon - 1/2
Salt - 1/2 tsp

** This is a Spicy recipe, and if are not a big fan of Spicy food, you can always reduce the amount of Chilly Powder
** Do not Mash the Onions and Tomatoes , and keep it slighly crunchy for best Sukka type recipe.
