This defense is aimed to help defending the pick and roll with a play shot & big man, or defending a slashing playmaker that can slash + shoot. The key here is having 2 bigs that have decent lateral quickness so they can pinch in towards the hoop to help defend the rim against slashers, while also having enough speed to defend the corner 3.
