Tonight, we're reviewing a 2023 eight-part nature documentary television series called Planet Earth II, the third instalment in the Planet Earth series, with Sir David Attenborough reprising his role as narrator like its predecessors. The Blu-Ray came out in 2024.

Sir David Attenborough embarks on a journey to the far reaches of the planet Earth as he documents some of the world's most amazing species. Along the way, he tells extraordinary stories that reveal the marvels of nature in its many forms. Using lightweight drones, high-speed cameras, remotely operated deep-sea submersibles and other new technologies, the show travels to unseen landscapes all across the globe and considers how the natural world has reached a critical juncture in its long history.
