A short introduction to the ECD Centre project in Delft, Cape Town. The project was initiated and is funded by the City of Cape Town. It's a pioneering project combining conventional, natural and alternative building materials and techniques in a public building. Peter McIntosh from the Natural Building Collective is the natural and alternative build project manager. He assembled an international team of experts including Mat Paneitz from Los Tecnicos who introduces the project here. This is the first in a series of films about the project and was produced specifically to showcase the project to the City of Cape Town Mayoral council in November 2016. The following shorts will introduce the rest of role players and showcase some of the materials and techniques used so watch this space.
