This is the famous 'Piano Bar' from the third Episode of Cowboy Bebop, composed by Yoko Kanno. I used the transcription from Althea Chia (thanks!) as a basis and made some minor modifications. In the original recording, Kanno plays this piece pretty fast and uses no pedal at all, whereas here I play it slower and use lots of pedal, which results in a different sound.
