Tower of Power perform Soul Vaccination introduced by T.O.P founding member Emilio Castillo and featuring a Tenor Sax solo by Tom E. and a slightly truncated Bass solo by Marc at the Plaza Live Theatre in Orlando, Florida on February 10, 2024. Soul Vaccination was written by Emilio Castillo and Stephen "Doc" Kupka, and was the seventh track on Tower of Power's eponymous third studio album, released in May 1973. This album is their most successful album to date, peaking at Number 15 in the Billboard Top LPs chart and receiving a gold record.
