Wheat flour 1 cup
1/3 tsp salt
1/3 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup chopped methi/ fenugreek leaves
2 boiled mashed potatoes
Green chilli
Ginger grated 1 tsp
Salt to taste
1/3 tsp red chilli powder
Garam masala
Roasted cumin seeds powder
Pinch of turmeric powder
1/3 tsp anardana powder
Coriander leaves
Ghee/ butter for cooking
