Typing Technique and Typewriter Design

Описание к видео Typing Technique and Typewriter Design

A 24 minute extravaganza showing some common, and some unusual machines as well as reference sources with the intent to get typists to focus on technique.

Many times, complaints about a typewriter having malfunctioned can be sourced to the typist's technique or skill level, or else a shaky work surface which allows the machine to vibrate. While there are worn out, as well as misadjusted typewriters out there (as well as typewriters that were actually awful designs to begin with) there is more than a small body of evidence operationally, technically and even historically to tell us that much of this complaint can be remedied by proper technique. This requires time, effort; focus, practice. You'll see. This is the first of what might become a series on this topic.

One correction: When showing the last machine we present, I should have said (and meant to say) "business course" and "business lessons." You'll see.
