VW 09G Valve Body fix Rebuild and solenoid repair upgrade with shift kit

This video contains the rebuilding of the valve body from a 2004 6 speed automatic transaxle and the fix for a common problem with these 09G's. This 09G transmission is also known as the TF60SN. The 09G comes is manufactured by Aisin Warner. It is used in some Audi, VW, and Mini vehicles during the mid 2000's. Also contained in this video is work on the 09G solenoids aka resizing the solenoids, upgrading the solenoids, utilizing the Trans Go shift kit. You can see how to drill the valve body separator plates for the 09G. Also shown is the location of the spring loaded cup plugs and springs.
