**Mini French baguette
recipe**
Ingredients:
525g white bread flour
390ml water
1 teaspoon of sea salt
½ teaspoon instant yeast

Method:
Step1:
Add 525 grams of sifted bread flour, 1/2 teaspoon of yeast, and 1 teaspoon
of sea salt to a bowl, mix them together and then add 390ml of water. Use
chopsticks or wooden spoon to mix it together to form a sticky dough, Cover
with plastic wrap and kitchen cloth ferment for 45 minutes.

Step 2:
After 45 minutes, take out the dough, put it on the slightly wet workbench
and turn the dough over 6 to 8 times with wet hands. Put the dough back in
the bowl, cover with plastic wrap and kitchen cloth, leave it to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Step 3:
After 1 hour of proofing, the size of the dough should be doubled. Place the
dough on the table and sprinkle it with flour. Divide the dough into 8 equal
parts and shape them. Then cover with oiled plastic wrap and relax for 20
minutes.

Step 4:
After 20 minutes, formed into a mini French bread shape, placed on a cloth
dusted with flour, covered with a light cloth, and left them 1 hour for final
proofing.

Step 5:
After 1 hour, carefully put them on a greased baking tray, and then use an
oiled razor to cut the upper middle of the bread, and put the salted butter
sticks in the opening.

Step 6:
15 minutes before baking preheat the oven to 220°C, when ready to bake
put a pot of hot water on the bottom of the oven. Put the mini French
baguette in the oven, and spray water, quickly close the oven door. After 10
minutes, turn the tray around to ensure that the baking effect is even, then
spray water into the oven again and continue to bake for 10 minutes, Total
baking time is 20 minutes.

Step 7:
After 20 minutes remove from the oven and place the mini french baguette
on a wire rack until it cools. Now ready to make delicious tender pork chop with crusty bread.
Can be served with some Peri-Peri Hot sauce and sautéed onion to make it
taste even better
