2015 Jeep Wrangler Power Lock Doors Stopped Working.. Someone Please Help!

This is a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Everything was working fine until all of a sudden I noticed the doors weren’t locking with the key fob. I did some research, but nothing had helped. At first we didn’t have any powers to the doors so it wouldn’t lock or unlock.

What I have tried:

Replaced battery in both keyless remotes

Replaced M38 (lock/unlock motors). It was blown. After replacing this the doors would unlock but would not lock as seen in the video.

Unplugged positive and negative cables from battery overnight. I did this in hopes to have the computer reset. This worked, but did not allow for the doors to lock.

Gone through all the fuses and tested them with a voltmeter.

Does the J13 fuse have anything to do with this? How do I remove this from the fuse box? Is there a recall for the TIPM in these jeeps?
