Kodiak Protein Rolled Oats 1 Cup ( 10g Protein 190 Calories)
Flex Cookie Butter Brownie 2 Tbsp. (Optional) 6g Protein 45 Calories
Swerve Confectioners Sugar 1 Cup ( 0 Protein 0 Calories)
White Bread Wonder Bread 2 Slices ( 5g Protein 140 Calories)
Egg Whites About 1 Large Eggs Worth Of Whites ( 4g Protein 17 Calories)
Water
cooking oil spray
rainbow sprinkles

Directions:

overnight oats/ brownie
in a blender add your rolled oats, 1 scoop protein powder, optional Flex cookie butter brownie. blend till it becomes a powder. Next add the oats to a mixing bowl and slowly add water while mixing till a cookie dough consistency is reached. cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours.

Uncrustables
take your white bread and roll 2 slices out flat. place your finished overnight oats brownie in the center of the flatbread at least 1 Tbsp. Next, brush all the edges with egg white and place the 2nd flatbread on top of the oats/brownie. press down on the edges so they began to seal against the first flatbread. Next brush more egg white on the edges and use a fork to seal all the edges. cut off the excess bread and place in an air fryer. spray the top with some aerosol cooking oil spray. close and air fry at 385F for 7 minutes or until lightly browned from toasting. let cool.

Frosting
in a mixing bowl add 1 cup of confectioner sugar and 1 scoop of protein powder optional add 2 Tbsp. of the cookie butter brownie. add water slowly while mixing till a smooth frosting consistency is reached.
pour over your cooled brownie uncrustables and add rainbow sprinkles to get the full cosmic brownie effect.
