What's the old rule? If your predictive dialer drops a call (which happens because the analytics aren't always perfect ), current rules require you to play a recorded message and keep your abandonment rate below 3% over a 30-day period.

What's the proposed change? The FCC is looking at eliminating both the abandoned call message requirement and the 3% limit entirely. This is a potential win for efficiency and would cut unnecessary red tape!
