Giant Steatocystomas part 5. Butter bumps, blackheads, and the rarely seen yellowhead extractions

This is session 5 of my patient with hundreds of steatocystomas. She is doing great. I will have a before and after video soon. Many people ask why I do not remove the sacs. It’s nice to remove the sacs if you can relatively easily, however, this patient severely hyperpigments with bigger cuts and deeper digging. she really just wants the big bumps to be flat with minimal brown hyperpigmentation, so that’s our goal. Sometimes they regrow, sometimes they don’t.
