GETTING STARTED
• Open the file NP_WD19_EOM2-1_FirstLastName_1.docx, available for download from the SAM website.
• Save the file as NP_WD19_EOM2-1_FirstLastName_2.docx by changing the “1” to a “2”.
o If you do not see the .docx file extension in the Save As dialog box, do not type it. The program will add the file extension for you automatically.
• To complete this SAM Project, you will also need to download and save the following data files from the SAM website onto your computer:
o Support_WD19_EOM2-1_Microlearning.docx
• With the file NP_WD19_EOM2-1_FirstLastName_2.docx still open, ensure that your first and last name is displayed in the footer.
o If the footer does not display your name, delete the file and download a new copy from the SAM website.
PROJECT STEPS
1. You work for Olson-Browne Insurance in the Services Development Department and prepared a draft of a report on employee learning programs. After reviewing the draft, your manager has asked you to complete the document.

Change the paragraph spacing of the title paragraph ("Employee Learning Programs: Designing Innovative Solutions") to 6 point before and 6 point after the paragraph.
2. Read the first comment from your manager, Andre Jamali, and then delete it. Change $10,000 to $15,000 in the first sentence as Andre requested.
3. Apply lowercase to the text "ATTRACTIVE RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION TOOLS" at the end of the first body paragraph.
4. Create a bulleted list from the four paragraphs beginning with "Microlearning…" and ending with "Gamification…", and then decrease the indent by one level.
5. Move the bulleted paragraph beginning "Mobile learning…" so that it becomes the third bulleted paragraph in the list.
6. Read the comment attached to the heading "Microlearning", and then reply to it with the text:
I inserted an example.
7. Open the document Support_WD19_EOM2-1_Microlearning.docx, available for download from the SAM website. Copy only the text (not the paragraph mark) in the support document, and then paste the text in the blank paragraph in the "Microlearning" section.
8. Go to the next comment in the document, read the comment, and then delete it
