Chef Rio invited us in to sit at the sushi bar try their world sourced and artfully curated sushi, sashimi, and nigiri. We went Omakase style (one piece at a time) grabbing a seat at the bar to really get the full experience. Chef even taught us the traditional technique to correctly enjoy his delicious and delicate fish. Every bite was a perfect balance and just melted away on my tongue. AND what’s better than hanging out with the Chef as you watch him prepare your next mouthwatering course. If you haven’t already you NEED to grab a seat at the counter at Sushi Bar .
