About the Event: This is the second event in a series of three events with Center for Art Law which were held at the National Arts Cub in the Spring of 2022 as part of the Center’s "Legal Clinics for Visual Artists" program.

About the Speakers: What are the important themes of the Artists’ Legacy and Estate Planning Clinic? Enjoy the conversation between, Julia Szabo, a journalist dedicated to archiving and promoting the work of her artist mother, Martha Szabo, and Diana Wierbicki, an attorney specializing in art, discussing estate planning and tax issues for artists. Together, they review the ins and outs of legacy and estate planning, from the perspectives of an attorney and a family member planning for the estate of a loved one.
