This video was shot in Kesennuma City. It shows the black tide of debris approaching the building the videographer is on. In Kesennuma, 1,406 people died out of the 40,331 people exposed to it in the city. The final inundation area was 15 sq km. It arrived in just 20 minutes, and its max height in Kesennuma was 22.2m (or 72.83 ft).
