Surprised My Wife With A Special Filipino Breakfast!

Today I will cook a special Filipino breakfast for my wife and son and will surprise them in bed. I am sure that most of you know how to cook a Filipino breakfast but I hope to hear from you how you make it extra special...when they wake up in the morning they can smell the coffee and sweet longganisa as well as fried eggs and Pinoy garlic rice...I prepared it with love...

Longganisa ingredients:
Ground pork / beef mixture 500g
Sugar (brown is preferred) to taste
Salt 1-2 teaspoons
Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
Vinegar 1 tablespoon
Spicy or sweet paprika powder (1-2 tablespoons)
Freshly chopped garlic (6 - 8 cloves)
Black pepper to taste
