Well, the actress tied the knot with long time beau, Faizan Ansari, who is an actor and social media influencer. The couple's pictures from their nikah ceremony went viral where Gehana can be seen in red bridal wear and Faizan in black kurta set. If reports are to be believed Gehana has converted to Islam. Reports even claimed that she described her relationship 'pure' and she didn't change her religion for marriage purposes but out of her own free will.
