The Future of SME Financing - CSFI (with LIBF)

Why you should watch: Small businesses have taken the biggest hit during the coronavirus lockdown - but they are the dynamo behind the UK's economy, and its prospects for future growth. How can we measure the problem and the damage done - and what can we do to reverse it, or at least to repair the worst aspects of the damage? This is a panel discussion, organised as part of a programme with the London Institute of Banking and Finance on the Future of Finance. It includes a leading economist, a 'real-time' data specialist, an academic and a representative of the small business trade association.

Panellists:

Martin McTague is Policy and Advocacy Chairman at the Federation of Small Businesses.

Gordon Milne runs the small business finance programme at the London Institute of Banking and Finance.

Leigh Pepper is the Head of Product at 10x Future Technologies.

Andrew Hilton and Jane Fuller are respectively director and co-director of the CSFI
