AIKIDO HIIT CONDITIONING APPLICATION
The purpose of the App will be to provide Aikido-Inspired High Intensity Interval Training Sessions to help you develop or keep your conditioning off the mat, providing you with the opportunity for more consistent training development and helping to keep you safe while training.
