How Castlevania Became a Broken Speedrun

On May 15th, 2024, SBDWolf became the first ever person in real time to complete a Credits Warp in the very first Castlevania game. This allowed him to shave multiple minutes over the previous world record! This is absolutely mindblowing considering that this record was already highly competitive and optimized. So today, let’s dive into how Castlevania became such a broken speedrun!
