Cause box is a seasonal subscription box. You do not get to choose your items like in Fabfitfun unless you pay extra, which I did not (I didn't pay extra for Fabfitfun either). I got 6 items, I only kept 2 (the art and the foot stuff), the rest I gifted to my sister. The sweater fit her great and she wasn't sure about the truffle toner but she said she would try it. She thought the body scrub was too strong too and will re-gift it. She liked the reusable bags and pillow case. I personally only liked the foot care item and the small art postcard.

Do I think this box was worth the cost? NO.

Do I think their customer service is good? NO. I don't think they actually read what is sent to them and just copy and paste the updates without actually looking into it.

Will I be getting this subscription box again? NO. I don't think it's worth it. You can't choose your size, so more then likely if you are larger then a size 14/16 the clothing items won't fit you. This box is supposed to make the person getting it feel good and it was just a huge disappointment for me. For me it's just not worth the price.
