The original idea for this came from a remix company called Art Of Mix. Back around 1989, Art Of Mix released an amazing edit of both the album and extended instrumental version done by Steve Smith, but it was only available on vinyl. Many years later, I was able to find their version on cd only to find that the master source they used was a vinyl copy. So, I took it upon myself to recreate a digital version of Steve's edit using the "Dare / Love And Dancing" cd as my source material. But as I began to restructure the song, it began to take on a life of its own and eventually came out more like an original than a recreation. This is my edit inspired by another edit.
