How To Keep Your Head Down And Stay In The Shot (Do This For COMPRESSION)

Have you been told to keep your head down? I would guess you have, but have you also been told to keep you head out? In this video, Henry and I take a look at head movement in the golf swing and why keeping your head down may not be the best idea, especially for working your way through the shot from impact on. That being said, when it comes to keeping your head out over the ball, that can be crucial to staying in the shot and not backing up out of it. For those that struggle with early extension, heel and/or toe strikes, and standing up at impact, this could be a lightbulb watch. We hope you enjoy!
