Happy Spring! Here’s a really quick sugar cookie recipe you can make with ingredients you can find in your kitchen. Since the weather is getting nicer, I made this cookies for a quick picnic I had with some friends. I forgot I got these cookie cutters on Etsy a while back, so I used my Christmas cookie recipe with these cute cutters. Sanrio characters are adorable and these cookies are really light and addictive. Give it a try on your next trip with your friends or family! Hope you enjoy :-)

Dry ingredients:
20g Corn Starch
285g All-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt

“Wet” Ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 vanilla extract
100g sugar
110g butter
