Aged in charred oak barrels, this Bay Rum is far more complex and enjoyable than any off the shelf Bay Rum that you may have experienced at your local Barbershop.
According to Doug, this Bay Rum took over 5 years to develop. In Doug's words:
"While it's certainly true West Indian Bay on it's own, already smells swell, it just has so much untapped scent potential that really needs to be worked and tweaked into a harmonious blend...to just ignore this is a disservice and a crime. Being shaving connoisseurs here at Lockhart's we knew there was no chance in hell we were going to top this incredible take on a timeless classic. So we partnered up with Phoenix Artisans in order to be able to provide to you THE BEST DAMN BAY RUM SCENT YOU'LL EVER SMELL!
Being that both Doug and the Lockhart's Team Members are a bit of the eclectic types (or so our families seems to think...) we knew we couldn't just slap this scent into just any product, we needed to create something new, something unique, something people have never used before. So while Doug was doing the heavy lifting with the BEST DAMN BAY RUM SCENT EVER, we went to work on creating a unique Hybrid hair product that blends qualities of a Clay, a Paste, and a Fiber product all into one incredible formula.

PRO TIP:
Work a small amount of product into blow dried hair from back to front. Apply small amounts until the desired hold is achieved. First blow dry hair with medium heat into desired shape, then, using the cold setting on the blowdryer, style the hair into the finished shape. The heat will allow the hair to move into place and give it memory so it will retain it's shape. The cool setting will let the product soak into the hair providing a matte sheen. Hair will remain malleable all day and will be easy to restyle by simply running your fingers through your hair.”
