PAUBAYA: a dance cover

At some point in our lives, we experience disappointment and heartbreak with family, friends, relationships, health, career, society. Overcoming our overwhelming emotions is difficult but it begins by the humble acknowledgement that we are hurting. Amidst the pain, we must brave through the healing process and come through with the resolve that there awaits a better plan for us.

With this common thread, we come together to share with you our dance interpretation of Paubaya - a piece borne out of our desire to express through movement and the idea of wanting to share a message of hope.

Surrender. Release. Entrust. Move forward.

There is...
Light at the end of a tunnel;
Rainbow after the rain;
Hope after a fall.
