There's so much fun to be had with these simple boards with a few notches in them. While playing, children will develop coordination, teamwork, imagination, creativity, and a love for playing outside. And even better than all of the fun to be had playing with the boards is the satisfaction of helping to build them.

Jack McKee wrote Builder Boards: How to Build the Take-Apart Playhouse. It's a great book with plans to build a cedar board set (like mine) and a plywood set. Its a great resource if you plan to build a set for yourself.
