I am really trying to get more disciplined in setting up a routine now that I have more time to dedicate to work. This week I tried blocking to see if that could help me increase my productivity. Join me as I plot, plan and document the process. I also take you through my inventory count, which was long overdue as I wanted to take stock of everything as the holiday season approaches.
