Owner of Future Prosperity Solutions, Heather Poff, has lived and worked in the Greater Tampa Bay area for over a decade. Originally from the East Coast of Florida and a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, she has been in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Acquisitions, since 2012. She obtained her SHRM – CP Certification in 2017 and is still an active learner to keep her credentials.

Her other areas of expertise are in HRIS/HCM implementation and management. She has helped several of her previous companies stand up the foundational components of their HR Teams, whether that be the holistic HR team or just specific parts like Talent Acquisition, Training, or Performance Management.
