In this video we are using Opsys Suture practice kit for demonstration. Opsys suture kit is designed to practice all basic and advanced suturing techniques.

📝 NOTE : In this video, I myself made some silly mistakes in suturing, I'm completely aware of it & I'll try to avoid these mistakes in future !!!

💯 Points to remember 📝 :

👉🏼 Always use forceps to adjust the needle during suturing, keep the hand and fingers away from any possible contact with the suture needle.

👉🏼 The no - touch rule also applies while the suture is being placed on the skin

👉🏼 The suture should be tight enough to appose the wound edges but not too tight to cause discomfort !!!
