Let’s all welcome Caterina Bernardi to “Show and Tell” for Episode 3. Caterina is the owner of an unbelievably gorgeous farmstead nestled in the side of a mountain in the Piedmont region of Italy. She makes everything from scratch and sources all ingredients locally. Every fall she stocks up her storage room with all types of dry cured meats. I hope you guys enjoy this episode as she takes us on a journey through her Salumi room setup!

In 2012 I backpacked through England and Italy and stayed on Caterina’s farm to help prepare for winter! It was an incredible time, and I learned a lot about country living in Italy. YOU can also visit her farm as she has a work away account where you can book a farm stay.
