The reasons why you’re losing hair like this…

1️⃣ Your wash days are TOO far and in between 🤦🏽‍♀️
You shed about 60-100 strands/daily so if you think not washing your hair regularly is helping? Trust me, it’s not.

2️⃣ You’re putting things in your hair that are actually doing more damage than good. You CANNOT put ANY and EVERYTHING in your hair. Your hair has specific needs.

3️⃣ You don’t know what your hair’s BASIC necessities & behaviors. When your hair lacks what it actually NEEDS and you don’t know how to satisfy its’ needs with your hair’s behaviors in mind, you LOSE so much more hair than necessary.

If you’re losing this much hair at wash day, do YOURSELF and me a favor….
✅ Grab a translucent (clear) cup or bowl with some water
✅ Put a strand of freshly washed hair in the cup
✅ if it sinks = high porosity, if it floats= low porosity, if it stays in the middle of the container = medium porosity
