Canninghill Piers is the residential condo component of a new integrated development that will rise up on the site of the former Liang Court. Yes many of us have so many fond memories of Liang Court, especially the F&B and entertainments outlets, and the thematic supermarket here.

In 2019, CDL, Capitaland, and Ascott Reit have teamed up to redevelop this site into a mixed development.

This new mixed development will comprise two condo towers of about 700 apartment units, a commercial component, a hotel and a serviced residence with a hotel licence.

The commercial component will be named Canninghill Square, and the condo will be named Canninghill Piers. Both names are likely an adaptation of Fort Canning Hill that fronts this development.

In this regard, this mixed development will be connected directly to Fort Canning MRT Station when completed.

The site sits right at the fringe of the CBD, and uniquely enjoys a double unblocked frontage - one facing Fort Canning and the other facing Singapore River.

Along with the redevelopment, the developer plans to rejuvenate the river promenade flanking the site which is in line with the URA’s Draft Master Plan 2019 to enhance the area’s vibrancy. The commercial component of this development will be seamlessly connected to Clarke Quay, offering residents the convenience of top-notch F&B and retail offerings right on their doorstep.

Canninghill Piers - this upmarket, high-rise riverfront residential development that comes with stunning views of Fort Canning, Singapore River and the city centre, will be opened for sale soon.
