DRILLMEC THV 7700 Automatic Handling System

NEW DRILLMEC THV 7700 Automatic Handling System. The pipe handler can handle drill pipes, drill collars and casings. It can be semitrailer mounted or skid mounted with the option to install wheels for fast in-field moving. It has an independent hydraulic power unit installed on the main frame, which consists of two electric motors, two variable displacement axial piston pumps, oil tank and oil radiator. A pivot arm make the complete rotation of 90° from horizontal to vertical position; two clamps hold the pipe rigidly. The upper clamp is capable of sliding along the arm lowering and lifting pipes for operations over the mouse hole. The lower clamp is fixed and holds the pipe during lifting. Joints roll toward the pivot arm from lateral racks.
