James Cracknell was the first celebrity to be eliminated in this year's series of Strictly Come Dancing but says he's not a bad loser and denies the claims that he went into a rage backstage after the show. After his horrific bike accident back in 2010, James says he's had to learn things differently, including complex dance routines and wasn't surprised he was eliminated early on in the show.
