In the latest version of DataIntell, you can use the Archiware P5 plugin to archive On-Premises files and restore Archiware P5 files from our interface. We will walk you through the process in this video.

In this example, we will archive folders from a search result in the Search section. By applying filters to find specific folders, we have a selection of folders that are ready to be archived.

To archive the folders selection, click on the Archive button and fill out the required information.

When completed, you can launch the Archive.
Now that we have archived new folders, we can review them in the File Management section.

If we want to, we can restore some files from these folders back into our On-Premises storage.

To do so, select the files and then click on the Restore button.
Once all the information is filled in, you can launch the Restore job.
Only three roles, including the role of Administrator, have permissions to use the Archive and Restore buttons. In the User settings section, we can assign or remove these roles to specific users.

All these features are available in the latest version of DataIntell bundle with the Archiware P5 plugin.
