தக்காளி ( Tomato ) - 200 Gram.
பச்சை மிளகாய் ( Green Chilli ) - 3 Nos
மல்லி ( Coriander seeds ) - 2 Spoon
கறி மசாலா ( Curry powder ) - 3 Spoon
மிளகாய் தூள் ( Chilli powder ) - 2 Spoon
மஞ்சள் தூள் ( Turmeric powder ) - 1/2 Spoon
இஞ்சி பூண்டு விழுது ( Ginger Garlic paste ) - 50 Gram / 3 Spoon
நல்லெண்ணெய் ( Gingelly Oil ) - 300 ML
வர மிளகாய் ( Dry Chilli ) - 5 Nos
தேங்காய் ( Cocounut ) - 1/2 Mudi
உப்பு ( Salt ) - To Taste
எண்ணெய் ( Oil ) - 100 ml
