He was the band director for Germantown High School and left a big impact on his students. In his retirement, he’s created numerous bands, reaching his impact to all the community musicians he’s worked with.

Jim has created a chosen family with his bandmates, and everyone loves him. His willingness to lead has built an incredible community of musicians in Washington County!
