Panicking and sabotaging them to debilitate them to the point their attack and other stats get reduced to smithereens. Azura can't target everyone with her Cantrip skill, so it only works on some enemies in a turn. Units get so many stats for free these days that it's still somewhat rare to see negative in-combat stats below -20. I won't be posting for quite a while unless it's some Legendary battle.
