This was my first time installing cement block. I was intimidated in the beginning about this whole process as i have never done this before. When i started to lay my first few blocks, I did not feel very comfortable with the tools or the process! But I pressed on and block 8 or 10 i felt much better about it.

The key to installing cement block for your block foundation is to get the consistency of the mortar right. If you have that mixed properly, it becomes much more workable.
