Bernards successfully introduced Rammed Aggregate Piers to avoid costly delays in the construction schedule for White Memorial Medical Plaza III. This is Bernards second project for WMMC. The 41,000-square-foot concrete structure is part of an ongoing hospital expansion program designed to better serve the medical health needs of a growing population in downtown Los Angeles. The new building will accommodate approximately 15 additional physician practices, as well as other medical services in a state-of-the-art, sustainable facility.
