Steps (When I say without email, I mean an email linked to the roblox account, meaning u verified your roblox account with an email which is what roblox uses to email you if you forgot your roblox password, but if you didn't, you need a SEPERATE email to communicate with roblox customer support as well as an email you used to buy robux)

1: write a message to [email protected] on your email (emailing them on your roblox billing email account will be better)

2: the message should look like this “URGENT! MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN HACKED!” as well as a description of what happened to you. You should get an email by a bot with a customer care ticket number and instructions.

3: reply to the customer care ticket message with all the information that you have. You need as much proof that you personally own the account. If you bought robux or premium, you should know that using an email is REQUIRED, regardless of if you have an email personally linked to the account. If you remember this email (if your parents bought you robux, explain the situation to them and ask for the email they used to buy you robux) then this is CRUCIAL, if you do not remember the email you used to buy robux or if you got a gift card rather than buying robux on the site, here is how to help with that. 4: you should get an email on your billing email giving you steps on resetting your password. You should be able to go to roblox.com, click “forgot password” while logging in, and putting your billing email. Verify your email when you get the password reset message and you should see your username and character icon as you do so.

5: if you didn’t get an email on your billing email address and you got a message still asking for proof that you are the owner of your account, give all the information as before, remember, using your billing email in this situation is faster.

6: if you get your account back, go to settings and put in your new verification email and phone number and use step 2 verification!!!!
