This is a REUPLOAD of a video that was previously posted on January 26, 2023. The original upload suffered from technical issues in which the audio from the Sneek Peaks at the beginning of the disc were horribly out-of-sync with the visuals. Thankfully, I was able to figure out the problem and get it fixed for this new version of the video. I would delete the original version, but it has some comments that I really want to preserve on account of their addressing of what you can expect in future uploads from this channel, so I instead, I simply unlisted it. Hope you appreciate my commitment to perfection.
ORIGINAL VIDEO DESCRIPTION:
What does the immediate future have in store for my DVD overview channel after I finish my runthrough of the Phineas and Ferb DVDs in my collection?
Well, since making those P&F videos have put me in the right mood to do so, I'll be spending the next few weeks showcasing the DVDs I have of all the OTHER television shows produced by Disney to celebrate Disney Channel's 40th anniversary on April 18, 2023!
I am going through all my collection in the order in which the shows featured on them made their television premiere, divided into three categories: Disney Television Animation productions, live-action Disney shows, and programs not made by Disney that aired in most countries on and are widely associated with Disney’s networks. It's sure to be a MAGICALLY good time!
Before we conclude our journey through the DVD releases of shows from Disney’s 1 Saturday Morning on ABC, I want to take a brief detour by scheduling a last minute visit to Disney’s colorful nostalgic playpen…or should I say, playHOUSE? That’s right: I’ll be covering a beloved series from the early years of Playhouse Disney! Which exact series, you may be asking? None other than my man Stanley!
There are three DVD releases of this series, including two compilation discs with four 11-minute episodes (amounting to just two traditional broadcast installments) each, and the show’s direct-to-video special “Stanley and the Great Dinosaur Roundup”, but so far, I only own one of the compilations. That DVD is titled “Spring Fever”, and it was released on March 10, 2003.
For the first time ever in the history of this channel, I’ll be uploading a video featuring the entire feature presentation of a DVD release. The reason why is because other YouTube channels have uploaded full episodes of Stanley without getting into any copyright trouble, and although the series is available to purchase in its entirety on iTunes, there’s currently nowhere else to legally view the show, and the iTunes release is no good for people who live outside of North America. As far as I’m aware, the Stanley episodes featured on this DVD haven’t been uploaded to YouTube without that pesky Disney Junior screenbug on the bottom left corner of the screen yet, so until the series is added to Disney+ (whenever that happens), I hope you’ll enjoy this special treat!
Oh, and of course, you’ll also get to see all the fun activities you can play after the show is over.
Here is a list of everything you’ll find in this full walkthrough of the Stanley: Spring Fever DVD…
