350 Restaurant and Lounge inside Novotel Parramatta offers Accor Plus Explorer discount of 30% off food. In December 2025 I visit the venue for a catch up with friends before Christmas. I made my reservation online and received confirmation via email. Unfortunately the hotel forgot to update me that it was bar service and restricted menu. This was a little disappointing as I was looking forward to the full menu and experience. It turns out that on that night we were not alone in wanting a good feed and the wait staff did provide table service and didn't need us to order at the bar.
One of the steak was way over cooked for a medium rare and had to be redone. Thankfully they were happy to redo and it turned out as it should. I always feel it's important we inform the chef when your meal is not as you expect, otherwise the kitchen will never know there was a problem or why customers don't return.
My chicken schnitzel and my friend's chicken caesar salad were very well portioned and tasted good.
The price was reasonable for the summer menu and even better after the 30% off with Accor Plus Explorer.
I will need to come back to try their full menu in the future. It was a regular venue I frequent in the past with free parking for guest dining if they spend over $50.
