Ingredients:
• 2 large-sized potatoes (آلو)
• 5 eggs (انڈے)
• 1 medium-sized onion (پیاز)
• 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste (ادرک لہسن پیسٹ)
• 2 medium-sized tomatoes (ٹماٹر)
• 2 green chilies, chopped (ہری مرچیں)
• ½ cup fresh coriander (دھنیا)
• 1 tsp salt (نمک)
• ½ tsp red pepper powder (لال مرچ پاوڈر)
• ½ tsp turmeric powder (ہلدی پاوڈر)
• ½ tsp crushed red chilies (لال مرچ پاوڈر)
• ½ tsp cumin powder (زیرہ پاوڈر)
• ½ tsp whole spices powder (گرم مسالہ پاوڈر)

Recipe:
1. Heat ¼ cup of cooking oil in a pan. Once hot, add the onions and cook until golden brown.
2. Add the potatoes, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, and all the spices. Mix well and cook for a minute.
3. Pour in ½ cup of water, cover the pan, and cook on low flame for 10 minutes until the potatoes soften.
4. Whisk the eggs and pour them into the pan. Mix with the potatoes and cook on medium flame.
