Christmas Eve looks different when you own the business.
Today, I’m heading to work by choice and with gratitude.

It’s a privilege to be able to show up, to produce, and to lead.
As a business owner, I work the holidays so my team can be home making memories with their families. When I’m not there, I know they take care of the business with full hearts. So when I can, I show up to take care of them.

This message is for anyone working today.
Especially the women carrying responsibility with quiet strength.

There is dignity in showing up.
There is purpose in taking care of people.
We’ll celebrate later.
