"This morning a ship called 'Kayan 1' came into contact with two other cargo ships while manoeuvring to anchor. As far as we know the engine room and (believed to refer to an engine or compartment) number 4 are flooded and the ship is listing on the stern side. Our teams are on site."

"At this stage we're not concerned. We've been following developments since it happened and we're prepared for any unforeseen situations. We have a rescue team and divers onboard. STORYLINE:
A Sierra Leone-flagged ship was listing after a collision with two other cargo ships off the coast of Istanbul on Friday.
Turkey's state-run Anadolu Agency said the ship was at risk of sinking after brushing against two anchored ships while trying to moor in strong winds.
Dogan news agency footage shows the Sierra Leone-flagged Kayan-1, carrying containers, tilting on its right side Friday as crew members pumped out water that apparently seeped in through a crack.
According to officials, there were 18 crew members on board and no casualties were reported.
Salih Orakci, Turkey's Director General for Coastal Safety, blamed bad weather for the collision.
Maritime authorities dispatched coast guard boats to help the 86-metre (282-feet) freighter as a tugboat waited nearby to tow it.
Authorities have cancelled several scheduled ferry trips in the Sea of Marmara and in the Bosphorus, the narrow waterway that bisects Istanbul, due to strong winds and high seas.
